Writing Effective Questions for BiosenseTrust | By BiosenseTrust

A hands-on guide to designing questions that produce natural, spontaneous, and meaningful written responses.

BiosenseTrust adds an extra layer of trust signal to a digital experience without changing the look and feel the user already knows.

Your company embeds the BiosenseTrust SDK in its app and defines, in advance, the questions to use and the Expected Keywords tied to each one. Expected Keywords describe the main concepts a good answer is likely to touch on, and give the model extra context to estimate how demanding a question is.

When an evaluation is triggered, your own app displays the question in its usual interface and calls the BiosenseTrust SDK, which opens the text field and keyboard the user writes their answer with.

BiosenseTrust reads the signals generated during that interaction and produces a confidence score, which is then sent to the callback URL your company configured. You can combine that score with your own risk policies, credit data, and other checks — for example, a wallet might use it during a loan request alongside its existing decision engine.

KEY IDEA: The quality of the question is fundamental. A good question invites the user to write naturally and at some length — which is why BiosenseTrust requires a minimum of 150 characters per answer.
